Coconut Date Smoothie

I love a green smoothie just as much as the next person, but sometimes I am craving a smoothie that is reminiscent of ice cream, but also nutrient-dense. This coconut date smoothie satisfies my sweet craving, while also giving me a dose of fruit, veggies, protein, healthy fats and hydration!


  • 3/4 frozen banana

  • 1 pitted date

  • 1 heaping tablespoon sunflower butter

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter

  • 1/2 c steamed, then frozen cauliflower

  • 4 chunks frozen coconut meat (I use Trader Joe's Just Coconut0

  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen

  • 1 cup liquid (I used filtered water)


Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well mixed!
