Coconut Date Smoothie

I love a green smoothie just as much as the next person, but sometimes I am craving a smoothie that is reminiscent of ice cream, but also nutrient-dense. This coconut date smoothie satisfies my sweet craving, while also giving me a dose of fruit, veggies, protein, healthy fats and hydration!
Ingredients
3/4 frozen banana
1 pitted date
1 heaping tablespoon sunflower butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1/2 c steamed, then frozen cauliflower
4 chunks frozen coconut meat (I use Trader Joe's Just Coconut0
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen
1 cup liquid (I used filtered water)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well mixed!
