Sweet Potato Cacao Smoothie

I love a green smoothie like everyone else, but every now and then, I just want something different! Especially during the fall and winter months - enter the Sweet Potato Cacao Smoothie! This still has plenty of vegetables, but is definitely a departure from the usual!


  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen sweet potatoes

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil

  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

  • 8-12 ounces liquid of choice (coconut milk, nut milk, coconut water)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions: Blend, blend, blend!
