Adrenal-Supportive Adaptogen Latte

When it became clear that I was suffering from adrenal fatigue after several years as a lawyer, I began searching for ways I could take my healing to the next level. Enter adaptogens. Ashwagandha for stress relief, mucuna pruriens for a mood boost, rhodiola for brain power and focus, he shou wu for overall rejuvenation, cacao powder for magnesium (stress-busting), maca for caffeine-free energy, and protein and fat for stable blood sugar. Blend them all together for the perfect start to your day!
1/4 teaspoon ashwagandha
1/4 teaspoon mucuna pruriens
1/4 teaspoon rhodiola
1/4 teaspoon he shou wu
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon maca powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 tablespoon Sun Potion Tocos
1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen
dash of cinnamon
10 ounces hot water
dried rose petals (optional garnish)
Place all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet cup.
Blend for 30 seconds until frothy, and enjoy!
